At Besto Balloons, we believe in making returns hassle free. As long as the below conditions are met, we will happily take back, at no charge, any product you may be unsatisfied with. Simply lodge a return request from your portal or contact our customer service department to arrange a return.

  • Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, stating the reason for the return.
  • All returns must arrive in original packaging, unopened and unmarked.
  • Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving the product. Any returns over 14 days are subject to a restocking fee.
  • Returns on products bought on promotion or through any discount coupon are not accepted unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Shortages or errors must be reported within 7 days of the receipt of the package.

Return of Merchandise:

In order to determine allowable return good eligibility, the timing of the eligibility is calculated between the Besto Balloons store Ship Date and the Return Date. Besto Balloons store Ship Date is the date the PRODUCT(S) shipped from Besto Balloons store to the customer. Return Date is the date the PRODUCT(S) is physically received by Besto Balloons store or a Besto Balloons store authorized agency.

  3. PRODUCT(S) received in unsalable condition, in Besto Balloons store' sole determination, will be destroyed with no credit issued
  4. Credit will be issued by the Besto Balloons stores CSR upon Besto Balloons store' receipt of authorized goods being returned in saleable condition. A credit will be issued based on invoice value at the time of purchase, net of and terms allowed.

100% credit or replacement of damaged PRODUCT(S) if CSR is notified within 14 days of Besto Balloons stores ship date. Freight paid by Besto Balloons stores.

D. Shipping Shortages

100% credit or replacement of missing PRODUCT(S), with proof of delivery to the CSR within 30 days after Besto Balloons store ship date if CSR is notified within 14 days of Besto Balloons stores ship date. Note the Over/Under Shipping Policy.

E. Shipping Overages Returns

100% credit of returned PRODUCT(S) will be issued if CSR is notified within 14 days of Besto Balloons stores ship date. Freight paid by Besto Balloons store. Note the Over/Under Shipping Policy.
