This agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to the purchase of the products described on this site. As used in this Agreement "Besto Balloons " means Besto Balloons online store, "PRODUCT(S)" means the product(s) described on this online store and listed on the order form, and "BUYER" means the person ordering the PRODUCT(S).

Superseding Effect
These terms and conditions apply to all Besto Balloons online business transactions conducted via this e-store. To the extent these terms and conditions of sale differ from those outlined in other agreements with Besto Balloons, including distributor agreements, these terms and conditions shall control.
Purchases on the e-Store
Purchases on the online store may be made by credit card, Debit card, Bank Cheque or Bank transfer only. The e-Store does not currently support EDI or system-to-system transactions. Terms of payment are governed by the customer's agreement with the applicable credit card issuer.
Products Available
PRODUCT(S) may be added or removed from the e-Store at any time without advance notice. The offer of PRODUCT(S) for online sale in no way commits Besto Balloons online stores to continue to offer the same item(s) or format for sale in the future. The time – frame of the product availability stated in the e-store may differ without prior notice; though Besto Balloons shall try level best to abide to the time – frames stated otherwise.
Besto Balloons online stores Right to Limit Quantities or Decline Sale
Besto Balloons reserves the right to limit sale or quantities of PRODUCT(S) available through the e-Store. Besto Balloons e-stores reserves the right to exercise its discretion to decline sale of any PRODUCT(S), to a prospective purchaser. If Besto Balloons store rejects the order, the BUYER will be notified.
Transportation Policy
PRODUCT(S) may be ordered from and for use in anywhere in Pakistan. PRODUCT(S) purchased on the e-Store will be delivered via Courier or ground freight. Orders may have a standard charge added to them, depending on the total price of PRODUCT(S) ordered.
Privacy
Besto Balloons e-store will use the personal information a BUYER submits to process the order and serve the BUYER better. For more information on how Besto Balloons store may use a BUYER's personal information, see the privacy policy above.
Product Use
Many factors beyond Besto Balloons store' control can affect the use and performance of a PRODUCT(S) in a particular application, including the conditions under which the product is used and the time and environmental conditions under which the PRODUCT(S) is expected to perform. Since these factors are uniquely within the BUYER's knowledge and control, it is essential that the BUYER evaluate the PRODUCT(S) to determine whether it is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for the BUYER's method of application.
Warranty and Limited Remedy
The PRODUCT(S) will meet Besto Balloons stores' or the manufacturer's specifications for PRODUCT(S) at the time of shipment. Besto Balloons stores MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. If a PRODUCT(S) is defective, BUYER's exclusive remedy and Besto Balloons stores' sole obligation shall be, at Besto Balloons store' option, to replace the PRODUCT(S) or refund.
Limitation of Liability
Besto Balloons store will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the PRODUCT(S), whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including warranty, contract, negligence or strict liability.
Controlling Laws
This Agreement will be construed and interpreted in accordance with the Pakistan laws. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Karachi, Sindh.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter of the Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
Modification of Agreement
This Agreement may not be changed except by a written agreement signed by an authorized officer of Besto Balloons.
Acceptance of Agreement by BUYER
BUYER accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement by clicking the "I Accept" option during the checkout process.
Site Security
- You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without limitation;
- Accessing data not intended for you or logging onto a server or an account which you are not authorized to access;
- Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
- Attempting to interfere with service to any other user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Site, overloading, "flooding," "spamming," "mail bombing" or "crashing;"
- Sending unsolicited email, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services; or Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting.
- Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.
